Fix signage, branding and reception design
Keep a snag list and hold 10% payment until snags are closed

IT and utilities

Two internet links from different providers with a failover router
Structured cabling, switches, Wi-Fi access points and UPS
CCTV, biometric or card access, and visitor management
Printer, projector or display in each meeting room
Electricity, water and DG diesel accounts transferred to your name
Asset register with warranty and AMC dates

Compliance and move-in

Update GST principal or additional place of business with the new address
Update RoC, bank, PAN-linked records, invoices and website footer
Shops & Establishment registration and professional tax where applicable
Fire extinguishers, first-aid, emergency exit signage and evacuation plan
Housekeeping, security and pest-control contracts in place
Announce the address change to clients, vendors and delivery partners
